“I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. It’s a fantastic place, I love it,” says Peter Hecking about living in Colorado. A native of Munich, Germany, Peter has traveled all over the world, but Colorado’s active lifestyle and focus on physical fitness keeps him here, and, in his words, “rocks my boat.”
Peter entered the world of real estate after the economic downturn of 2008. Having previously owned his own construction firm specializing in high-end kitchen and bath remodels, Peter brings specialized insight into the world of real estate.
He quips, “I know a lot about houses and I’m not just someone driving up to a house and saying, ‘This is a beautiful window treatment.’”
“I can actually tell you what it will cost to do x, y, and z. It may not be perfect, but you can make it perfect with my suggestions and my expertise. And on the flipside, if you’re a seller, I can go through your house and I can provide suggestions at a minimum of investment that’ll provide 10x the return.”
Having this knowledge, combined with Peter’s studies in business with an emphasis in tourism management at University of Denver, provides Peter’s clients an edge in understanding how to maximize value in both buying and selling, which, when combined with Peter’s relentless dedication to customer experience, means Peter’s clients are ideally positioned for a smooth and highly successful transaction experience.
In his spare time, Peter loves being active and you can expect him to be snowboarding in the winter, working out five days a week, or hiking with his two dogs, Vizslas named Gunner and Ginger.
